I tracked Key Performance Indicators for steps in the sales funnel. Relying on data to improve conversion rates and get the most out of advertising dollars.

Zapier Integrations With Boulevard

I used Zapier to integrate their CRM with other software. Here are some of the Zaps I made:

  • When a new patient is booked, add their information to the RingCentral Contact List, adding a Plus Sign (+) before their name. This tells me that someone is an existing patient when they call.
  • When a lead is generated, send a text message to sales employees. And append a row in Google Sheets.
  • When a Customer finishes their first treatment. Assign a tag to them in Mailchimp. With this tag, send an email to the customer asking them to leave a review.

SMS Notifications

Automated SMS notifications when lead forms are submitted. Allow the sales team to contact potential clients quickly with relevant info on hand.

Using Attributor.io to Track Lead Source

By using Attributor, I can tell exactly where leads come from. This information is included in the text message notifications sent to the sales team. Including the search phrase they typed into Google.
